📌 Overview

RollCredits lets production managers view and download completed startwork documents for employees who are fully onboarded. These documents are essential for ✅ compliance, 📂 record-keeping, and 📋 audits.

🔍 How to Access Completed Startwork Documents

1️⃣ From the Payroll Dashboard

1. Go to the Payroll Dashboard 🧾

2. Find and select the employee 👤

3. Look for the "View Startwork Documents" button in the employee modal (visible only if they’re marked ONBOARDED ✅)

4. Click the button ➡️ you'll be taken to their document page

📄 Viewing & Downloading Documents

Once you're on the employee's startwork document page:

1. See the full list of their completed documents 📃

2. Each doc will have its name (e.g., W-4 Form, Direct Deposit Authorization)

3. Click "Download File" ⬇️ next to the document

4. The file will download in its original format 💾

• Only users with Manager / Super Admin User Roles access can view/download these docs 🔒

• All access is logged for compliance 🧾

• Files are securely encrypted during storage & transfer 🧬

• 🌐 Check if your browser allows downloads from rollcredits.io

• 📭 No documents showing? The employee might not have any on file yet
